Are you insured?

Please contact us directly for current coverage and service requirement details before booking.

Do you offer meet-and-greets?

Yes. Meet-and-greets may be recommended or required depending on the service type, pet needs, home access, and whether the booking is recurring.

What happens in a pet emergency?

We use the emergency contact and care details provided during booking. If urgent care is needed, we will contact the client and/or emergency contact as quickly as possible and follow the instructions available in the pet profile.

How do you handle home access?

Access instructions are used only for scheduled care and should be provided accurately before the visit. Clients are responsible for making sure entry details are current and safe.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Cancellation and rescheduling options may depend on the service type, timing, and whether the booking has already been confirmed. Add the final cancellation policy here if one exists.

Do you send updates?

Yes. Updates may include messages, notes, or photos depending on the service and client preference.

Do you accept last-minute bookings?

Last-minute requests may be reviewed, but availability is not guaranteed. Booking earlier gives the best chance of approval.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment instructions are provided after the request is reviewed. When online payment is available, payment card details are handled through secure payment links and are not stored directly by Happy Tail Pets.

Do you care for cats?

Yes. Drop-ins may be a good fit for cats needing food, water, litter checks, medication reminders, and comfort visits.

Do you care for senior pets or pets with medication needs?

Care may be available depending on the pet’s needs and the instructions provided. Medication reminders and special routines should be clearly documented before booking.

Are pet photos posted online?

Pet photos are not posted publicly without permission.
